Introduction
CCC is an independent, private company established in 1982, specialising in all aspects of recovery work. This includes all commercial and consumer debt collection, receivables outsourcing, litigation, insolvency, tracing, debt surveillance and/or field services.

Consumer Collections
CCC offer systems to suit your individual requirements providing personal attention at all times. As an additional management service, reports are supplied at all levels, i.e. Head Office and Regional Offices, individual stores/branches and departments. CCC acts as an extension to your credit control department.

CCC staff are trained in consumer relations and pride themselves in providing excellent customer care to client customers. Systems enable CCC to alert stores at an early stage of serial offenders, which helps reduce the level of debt incurred. CCC also has been successful in negotiating with Banks for the recovery of debts incurred through stolen cheques.

CCC has an online facility that enables them to carry out searches and credit checks on individuals, Limited Companies and unincorporated businesses. Information can be faxed or emailed directly to you on the same day.
